Chocolate Dipping
Ingredients:
Meltable white, milk, or dark chocolate
Strawberries, pretzels, or marshmallows
Instructions:
- Choose your chocolate and dippable items
- Set aside two baking sheets, covered with parchment paper
- Collect two saucepans, one bigger than the other
- Fill the larger pan with water half-way
- Fill the smaller one with chocolate
- Put the big pan on the burner, with the smaller pan inside of it
- Turn heat on high to boil
- Once boiling, the chocolate should melt
- After the chocolate is melted, start dipping
- Don't burn yourself!
- Set dipped items on a tray, and leave in the fridge for five minutes to harden
- INDULGE!
