My Lovable Friends

     Like I said in my Photography post, I am now going to talk about my pets! I have three dogs and a cat. The dog's names are Jack, Pebbles, and Lydia. My cat's name is Lottie. I will tell you about them
 in the order we got them. Lottie is a sweet Calico cat that my Dad picked out. We got her as a kitten. When we first got her, she had an eye infection.

Early Advice for Christmas Movies

Yesterday, we watched The Man Who Invented Christmas. I know it is early but, we just couldn't resist. It was a really good movie about Charles Dickens and how he created the everlasting character of Scrooge.

Thanksgiving: A Joyful Celebration

I Am Blessed with Food, Family, and Friends

     As a tradition, each family member chooses one side dish to make for Thanksgiving. (The turkey and stuffing always are on the table with whatever side dishes we choose.) I have chosen homemade biscuits using our bread machine.

     Since Thanksgiving is coming up, I thought I would tell you one of my family's traditional recipes! Every, Thanksgiving we make Sunshine Salad. It has many different sweet flavors that blend nicely! The name of this dessert is a funny story, though!

      I have always liked chocolate! It is so good! My favorite is dark chocolate. Chocolate with caramel, coconut, peanut butter, wafers, nuts, oh so many good options!

      A few weeks ago we made paper mache pumpkins. It was a very easy way to use up junk mail and plastic bags. If you have those things ( I am sure you do! ) then you can make some very festive pumpkins!
